Yes, as long as a person can still be re-identified using additional information. Pseudonymisation reduces the direct link with identity - for example by replacing a name with an alias - but it does not automatically take the data out of the scope of the GDPR. The information that allows re-attribution must be kept separately and protected. That is precisely what distinguishes pseudonymisation from truly irreversible anonymisation.

Automated detection cannot guarantee that all sensitive information will be identified in every situation. That is why NYMETRA includes a review step before sending: the user can check, add, remove or correct the items to protect. No request to the AI provider should be considered safe just because an automated system has analysed the document. Human review is part of how NYMETRA is meant to work.

Yes. NYMETRA works with the account you hold directly with the AI provider you choose among those supported. Where the integration requires it, you use your own API key. You therefore contract directly with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google and bear any usage costs. NYMETRA does not resell access to these services and does not replace their contractual terms.
