Which information stays in my environment and which is sent to AI?
In normal operation, the original documents and the mapping table needed for restoration stay in your environment. After your approval, the pseudonymised version and the content the request needs are sent directly to the AI provider you chose. The AI’s answer comes back to your environment. No document, prompt, answer or mapping table goes through the SYTEWEB API in this normal operation; SYTEWEB services only process the technical elements needed for their own functions, such as licences, activations, updates or security.
Can SYTEWEB access my documents, prompts or answers?
Not in NYMETRA’s normal operation: original documents, prompts, answers and mapping tables are not sent to SYTEWEB’s infrastructure. A different situation may arise, however, if you request a support intervention that exceptionally requires access to real data. Such access must then be authorised, temporary, limited to what is strictly necessary and governed by the applicable support and data protection rules. No permanent access to client files is provided for.
Do I need my own account or API key to use GPT, Claude or Gemini with NYMETRA?
Yes. NYMETRA works with the account you hold directly with the AI provider you choose among those supported. Where the integration requires it, you use your own API key. You therefore contract directly with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google and bear any usage costs. NYMETRA does not resell access to these services and does not replace their contractual terms.
